Like others have said, pay it, get it reduced, and move on. Afterwards, if you feel the -need-, then get it back. But, honestly, is it really worth it when you might just get pulled again? You also have to know the cop's perspective. I have two friends, both of their fathers are cops, whom tinting is their #1 target. Their view is that if they ever pull over a car with tinting that low, you can't see through the window...ie, they could have a gun pointed at you. Would you want to be that cop, not knowing whether you're going to get shot or not? Legal tint isn't that bad, anyway.
